Generally, you may navigate the Platform without disclosing your identity or sharing personally identifiable information. However, once you submit personal data, you are no longer considered anonymous to us. We specify which data fields are mandatory and which are optional, and you can choose to withhold certain information by not using specific services, products, or features.

The information we gather may include personal details such as your full name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, profession, and any documents you provide to verify your identity or residence. Additionally, we may request information like your Permanent Account Number (PAN), government-issued identification numbers, and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) details to verify your eligibility for specific products and services.

In addition to personal details, we may also collect sensitive information, such as financial data (bank account details, credit/debit card numbers), health information, and biometric data (fingerprints, facial recognition, or physiological data). In our ongoing efforts to optimize our products and services, we systematically collect and analyze demographic and behavioral data based on your interactions and activities on our platform. Your IP address serves as a diagnostic tool for identifying server-related issues, authenticating user identities, managing platform infrastructure, and aggregating demographic data for analytical purposes. This data also helps refine the operational management of our platform, ensuring a smooth user experience.

From time to time, we may invite you to participate in surveys, either directly from our team or through third-party market research agencies. These surveys may request various forms of personal information, including contact details, gender, date of birth, visual content such as photos and videos, demographic information (such as postal code, age, or income bracket), interests, lifestyle characteristics, purchasing behaviors, and other data that you voluntarily provide. Some surveys may involve the collection of voice recordings or video footage. Participation in these surveys is entirely optional, and you can choose to opt out at any time.

We collaborate with online payment service providers to process payments through net banking, UPI, and credit/debit card validation. By using the platform, you consent to the collection of information via the websites and SDKs (Software Development Kits) of our payment service partners.

We may also disclose personal information as required by law, including in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes, or to assert our legal rights or defend against legal claims. Disclosure may also occur to law enforcement authorities to enforce our Terms of Service, address third-party infringement claims, or protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.

Furthermore, we may share information with legal counsel, auditors, or other professional advisors for establishing or defending legal rights or as otherwise required by law. PREPCO Healthcare reserves the right to disclose personal information to mitigate or prevent threats to individual or corporate security, health, or safety.

Finally, in the course of business transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, or restructurings, customer information may be transferred as a business asset, and we may use your information to resolve disputes, enforce contracts, ensure legal compliance, and cooperate with law enforcement as necessary.
